Our Company was established in year 2016 under the name of Fancos Consulting Sdn Bhd ("Fancos") and has a team of qualified company secretaries with wide experiences in corporate secretarial matters. Presently, our company provides primarily secretarial, advisory and accounting services and our office is located at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur with staff strength about of 6. Over the years, Fancos has expanded from company secretarial services governing corporations of various sizes and industries, to corporate works including public listings (or “IPO”) and corporate restructuring. Some of Fancos’s corporate clients are listed in the Main Market and ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (or “Exchange”) respectively.
FANCOS’s senior professionals have an average of 15 years industry experiences. These seasoned professionals bring extensive subject matter expertise, industry knowledge, and business acumen to each assignment, providing clients with a broad management perspective in relation to statutory compliance matters.
All assignments are personally directed by our directors, therefore we are able to provide higher quality of services. We emphasis on a consulting approach that supports business strategy. Our corporate secretarial service team comprises of our directors, Ms Tan Hui Khim and Ms Ng Mei Wan and a manager, Ms Sih Jye Shya. Ms Tan is a License Secretary whereas Ms Ng is a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants.
They are actively involved in advisory work for public listings, corporate restructuring and statutory compliance matters and leads the secretarial team in planning, execution as well as representing Fancos in attending all Board meetings and general meetings All of them possess an average of 15 years of experience in corporate secretarial matters respectively.
Our corporate secretarial service team comprises of our Managing Director, Ms Ng Mei Wan and a group of qualified professionals. Ms Ng is a MIA member and possess an average of 15 years of experience in corporate secretarial matters.
Ms Ng is actively involved in advisory work for public listings, corporate restructuring and statutory compliance matters and leads the secretarial team in planning, execution as well as representing Fancos in attending all Board meetings and general meetings
Ms Ng is currently assisted by qualified company secretaries, Ms Tan Hui Khim, a License Secretary and Ms Malathi Rajagopal, a Chartered Company Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrator, Malaysia. Both Ms Tan and Ms Malathi possess an average of 15 years of experience in corporate secretarial matters respectively.
